Repair Structures are structures used to bring members of the community together once they are ready to repair any harm that has been done. The structures we employ can work in small or large groups. The goal is for individual and community accountability.

Restorative Circles

Restorative Circles create space for conflict resolution. Through the circle process, all parties involved explore what happened, what is needed to repair the harm that was done, what agreements need to be made to move forward, and the support needed for success.

Re-entry Circles

Re-entry Circles are utilized to prepare students returning to a school environment from suspension or prolonged absences. Re-entry Circles strive to create paths for accountability and support for students.
