Here’s a fun activity for when you have a few extra minutes!
Instructions:
- Ask students to stand in a circle.
- Call out either “look down” or “look up” at intervals.
- When you say “look down,” students should look down at their shoes or a focal point in the middle of the circle.
- When you say “look up,” each student should try to make eye contact with another classmate. If two students lock eyes on the “look up” command, they are eliminated from the game.
- Encourage students to make eye contact with different peers each time for a more exciting game.
- Continue the game until only two students remain – they’re the champions!
This activity offers a break from the usual and a chance to have fun with each other!
