The First Five has outgrown its old “apartment” (our previous email platform) and just upgraded to a bigger, shinier home on new servers. Think of it as trading in a studio apartment for a spacious loft with better Wi-Fi.
Why the move? Because we want your daily dose of connection, care, and character to arrive faster, fresher, and with fewer hiccups. But like any move, sometimes a box (or an email) gets misplaced. A few school spam filters may act like overprotective hall monitors and stick our emails in quarantine.

Ask your IT department to safelist the domain and IP. That’s the digital version of handing them a hall pass so our emails can breeze straight into your inbox.
