By accessing or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Overview<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"783\" data-end=\"933\">Edtomorrow provides educators with free and premium resources designed to support connection, care, and character in classrooms. Our Services include:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"934\" data-end=\"1108\">\n<li data-section-id=\"81xe9p\" data-start=\"934\" data-end=\"982\">A free daily email resource (\u201cThe First Five\u201d)<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1rmzfe7\" data-start=\"983\" data-end=\"1108\">A subscription-based platform (\u201cThe First Five Plus\u201d) offering expanded access, searchable content, and additional features<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"1110\" data-end=\"1113\">\n<h2 data-section-id=\"12s28zh\" data-start=\"1115\" data-end=\"1140\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"1118\" data-end=\"1140\">2. Use of Services<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1142\" data-end=\"1282\">Our Services are intended for educational use. Subscription and Billing<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"dvfggc\" data-start=\"1819\" data-end=\"1848\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"1823\" data-end=\"1848\">The First Five (Free)<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1849\" data-end=\"1941\">The First Five is a free daily email resource. You may subscribe or unsubscribe at any time.<\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"14nik9w\" data-start=\"1943\" data-end=\"1986\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"1947\" data-end=\"1986\">First Five Plus (Paid Subscription)<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1987\" data-end=\"2054\">First Five Plus includes free trials and paid subscription options.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2056\" data-end=\"2087\">By subscribing, you agree that:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2088\" data-end=\"2368\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1y209f0\" data-start=\"2088\" data-end=\"2198\">You will be charged according to the plan selected (monthly, yearly, or other options presented at checkout)<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"8tgbgk\" data-start=\"2199\" data-end=\"2278\">Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"mhoa44\" data-start=\"2279\" data-end=\"2368\">Pricing and features may change over time, but any changes will be clearly communicated<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2370\" data-end=\"2441\">You are responsible for managing your subscription and billing details.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2443\" data-end=\"2446\">\n<h2 data-section-id=\"1hvh9io\" data-start=\"2448\" data-end=\"2484\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"2451\" data-end=\"2484\">5. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"4191\" data-end=\"4371\">To the fullest extent permitted by law, Edtomorrow and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4373\" data-end=\"4409\">Our total liability will not exceed:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"4410\" data-end=\"4513\">\n<li data-section-id=\"wci4p1\" data-start=\"4410\" data-end=\"4478\">The amount you paid in the six (6) months prior to the claim, or<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"h93r42\" data-start=\"4479\" data-end=\"4513\">$100 USD, whichever is greater<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"4515\" data-end=\"4518\">\n<h2 data-section-id=\"eg44g4\" data-start=\"4520\" data-end=\"4565\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"4523\" data-end=\"4565\">12. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"4567\" data-end=\"4710\">Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4712\" data-end=\"4720\">You may:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"4721\" data-end=\"4835\">\n<li data-section-id=\"dc7bp\" data-start=\"4721\" data-end=\"4771\">Bring claims in small claims court if eligible<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1bi2g8\" data-start=\"4772\" data-end=\"4835\">Seek injunctive relief for intellectual property violations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"4837\" data-end=\"4942\">Before initiating arbitration, you must provide written notice and allow 30 days for informal resolution.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"4944\" data-end=\"4947\">\n<h2 data-section-id=\"1gs5r90\" data-start=\"4949\" data-end=\"4973\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"4952\" data-end=\"4973\">13.
